Our CNC machining department runs complex 3-axis and 4-axis milling operations across 11 Vertical Machining Centers, four of which are equipped with rotary 4th-axis tables. This lets us machine multiple faces of a component in a single setup — removing the repositioning error that accumulates when a part is moved between fixtures.

Every program is developed from the customer's CAD model with a formal Design-for-Manufacturability review, ensuring toolpath strategy, fixturing, and material selection are optimised before a single chip is cut.
