Surface finishing is coordinated through a network of qualified, audited sub-contract partners — each selected and monitored to meet our own AS9100D quality requirements. We manage the full logistics and inspection loop, so customers receive components with the correct finish, verified against drawing, without managing multiple vendors themselves.
Incoming and outgoing inspection is performed at our facility both before parts are sent for finishing and after they return, confirming adhesion, thickness, and appearance meet specification.
