The certification is independently audited by TÜV SÜD South Asia (accredited under NABCB / IAQG), and governs every process across both our manufacturing sites, from initial design review through final dispatch documentation.

DFM Review & Process Planning

Design for Manufacturability review of the customer's CAD model and drawing, confirming machine allocation (VMC-01 to VL-850), fixturing, and tooling before production starts.

Incoming Raw Material Inspection

Every material lot verified with mill certificates and dimensional checks on our granite surface plate against customer-approved standards.

First Article Inspection (FAI)

AS9102-compliant First Article Inspection report completed on the first production part, using calibrated vernier calipers, micrometers and bore gauges, before batch release.

In-Process Quality Control

In-process checkpoints at every critical machining stage using digital vernier calipers, external and blade micrometers, bore gauges, and our 2D Height Master.

Final OQC & Customer Dispatch

100% outgoing quality check with full dimensional report, material traceability, and a certificate of conformance, issued under our AS9100D quality system.
