Our machining floor runs 11 Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) in continuous 24/7 operation, engineered to hold tolerances of ±0.01mm across a wide range of materials and geometries. Four of these VMCs are equipped with rotary 4th-axis tables, enabling single-setup, multi-face machining that eliminates repositioning error on complex parts.
Machine strokes on the floor extend up to 2 meters, allowing us to machine larger structural aerospace components in a single setup rather than splitting them across multiple operations — reducing cumulative tolerance stack-up and lead time.
